Ingredients For meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    pepperidge farm (herb seasoned) stuffin
  • 1/4-1 c
    onions
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard, ground
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    By rule I usually like to mix all liquids and spices together while mixing the coarse ingredients together. I have listed the first three ingredients that put together while mixing the other ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Add the liquid to the beef mixture and stir with your hand.

    Mold into a loaf. Place in baking dish. I drizzle ketchup on top.

    Bake for one hour. Let rest for about 15 mins. Slice and serve.
