I have been a fan of meatloaf my whole life. I have played with a lot of different recipes. But I wanted it to be better. So, I stumbled upon making it this way and it was a HUGE hit.

Ingredients For meatloaf

1/4 cdried minced onion

1/3 cbeef bouillon ( i use powder not a cube)

4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspcelery salt
-
1/4 tspsugar (can use less if you like)

2 lbground beef (any ground meat will work)

1egg
-
1 cstuffing mix, herb-seasoned crushed into bread crumbs

1/2 cbarbecue sauce
-
1/4 cwater (about)
How To Make meatloaf

1Preheat oven 350.

2Mix all ingredients together. My only warning, is to just eye ball the water. You just want it wet enough to help mix the rest of the ingredients.

3Put mixture in your pan and make it in a loaf.

4Bake for about 50 minutes. Depending on how thick it is made, it could take more or less. Just keep keep an eye out on the middle.
