I have been a fan of meatloaf my whole life. I have played with a lot of different recipes. But I wanted it to be better. So, I stumbled upon making it this way and it was a HUGE hit.

Ingredients For meatloaf

  • 1/4 c
    dried minced onion
  • 1/3 c
    beef bouillon ( i use powder not a cube)
  • 4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar (can use less if you like)
  • 2 lb
    ground beef (any ground meat will work)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    stuffing mix, herb-seasoned crushed into bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c
    water (about)

How To Make meatloaf

    Preheat oven 350.
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients together. My only warning, is to just eye ball the water. You just want it wet enough to help mix the rest of the ingredients.

    Put mixture in your pan and make it in a loaf.

    Bake for about 50 minutes. Depending on how thick it is made, it could take more or less. Just keep keep an eye out on the middle.
