Ingredients For momma's meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated (or a medium onion finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 dash
    hot sauce (any kind will do)
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 c
    skim milk
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    seasoned crackers (crushed)

How To Make momma's meatballs

    Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Place the defrosted beef and ground turkey into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

    Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop to make them uniform in size), and place onto a baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
