Ingredients For momma's meatballs

1 lbground beef

1 lbground turkey
-
1 tspsea salt

2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated (or a medium onion finely chopped)

1 tspgarlic salt

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 1/2 tsporegano, dried

1 1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 dashhot sauce (any kind will do)

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2/3 cskim milk
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
1 cseasoned crackers (crushed)
How To Make momma's meatballs

1Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2Place the defrosted beef and ground turkey into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

3Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop to make them uniform in size), and place onto a baking sheet.

4Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
