Mom made these meatballs, which Aunt Delia, who got Mom's recipe, made for every spaghetti supper or family meal (she also went behind Grandma W's back to season the spaghetti sauce her way, then Grandma W would do the same, it was very amusing for me!).

Ingredients For meatballs, mom's

  • 4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 4
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 c
    gonella bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    romano cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, minced
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    salt

How To Make meatballs, mom's

  • 1
    Mix beef and pork. Combine with remaining ingredients. Make balls the size of golf balls and brown over med heat.
