Well My Grandma made this every sunday since I could remember, Always a big family gathering.She made my Mom 2 Special meatballs cause my Mom dont like Parmsean chesse in hers (lol)We had so much food back in the day ... Could eat that much now ... but Great Memories!Ciao!!!

Ingredients For meatballs italian style

  • meatballs italian style
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup c. romano cheese, grated (imported preferred)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 sections of fresh garlic(finely chopped)

How To Make meatballs italian style

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients well and shape into golf-ball size. Drop in spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 1 hour. Makes about 25 to 30
