This recipe has been handed down in my Italian family. Each generation tweaking it a little. I make enough of these meatballs for 3 or 4 meals (I serve 5 people each time). I freeze the cooked meatballs in serving size baggies - about 20 per meal.

Ingredients For meatballs for sauce

3 lbground beef

2 cparmesan cheese
-
1 citalian bread crumbs

3eggs
-
15 clovegarlic minced
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 cparsley

2 tspsalt or to taste
How To Make meatballs for sauce

1Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2Roll into 1 inch balls

3Place oil in large frying pan (enough to cover bottom by 1/2 inch). Turn heat on to medium high.

4Place meatballs in pan of oil - depending on the size of you pan, this might take 3 or 4 batches of frying.
Turn balls after 3 or 4 minutes and let cook for another 3 or 4 minutes until all are cooked. Drain on paper towel in bowl. -
5Serve with your favorite marinara sauce (my favorite is Colella Spaghetti Sauce - recipe is on this site).
