Ingredients For meatballs & cream of chicken soup

1 - 1 1/2 lbhamburger

1/2 crice, long grain (use 1 cup is using instant)

2eggs
-
2 cancream of chicken soup
-
milk
How To Make meatballs & cream of chicken soup

1Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray. Mix hamburger, rice and eggs and shape into meatballs and place on the cookie sheet. Bake in a 375º oven until brown on all sides. Remove meatballs and put them in a casserole dish.

2Mix soup and milk to gravy consistency. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 400º for a hour. It will be bubbly.

3You can serve the meatballs over cooked rice.
