Family favorite. I usually make about 7 pounds instead of the 1 1/2. They freeze beautifully and it's good quality time in the kitchen with the grandkids.

Ingredients For meatballs

1 lbground beef

1/2 lbsweet italian sausage

3eggs
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 citalian bread crumbs

vegetable oil

spaghetti sauce
How To Make meatballs

1In large bowl, combine beef, sausage, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs . Form into balls and set aside

2In large pan, Heat vegetable oil. Place meatballs in pan, brown in one side, turn over, cover and brown for another 5-8 minutes.

3Remove meatballs from oil and drain on paper towels

4Add meatballs to sauce to continue cooking.
