Family favorite. I usually make about 7 pounds instead of the 1 1/2. They freeze beautifully and it's good quality time in the kitchen with the grandkids.

Ingredients For meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    sweet italian sausage
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • spaghetti sauce

How To Make meatballs

  • 1
    In large bowl, combine beef, sausage, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs . Form into balls and set aside
  • 2
    In large pan, Heat vegetable oil. Place meatballs in pan, brown in one side, turn over, cover and brown for another 5-8 minutes.

    Remove meatballs from oil and drain on paper towels
  • 4
    Add meatballs to sauce to continue cooking.
