My kids absolutely love meatballs and I didn't want to do the same ol' spaghetti and meatballs again. So I tried making my own recipe that turned out really good.

Ingredients For meatball-veggie casserole

  • 2 pkg
    italian style meatballs
  • 1 pkg
    chopped frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 pkg
    frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
  • 2 can
    carrot slices, drained
  • 1 can
    green beans, drained
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make meatball-veggie casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Spray a 9x13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray.

    Mix all ingredients and then spread them into the casserole dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes. If you choose to put shredded cheese on top add it in the last 10 min. of baking.
