- MEATBALLS:

1egg, slightly beaten

2 Tbspketchup

1/4 cquick-cooking oats
-
1 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1/2 tspsalt

1 lbground beef
- SAUCE:

2 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 8-oz csour cream
-
1 cmilk
-
1 Tbsppaprika
- BOILED NOODLES
How To Make meatball stroganoff with noodles

1Preheat oven to 4oo degrees. Combine egg, ketchup, oats, onion and salt. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.

2Place in a greased 11-inch by 7-inch by 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

3In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, milk and paprika; heat through. Add meatballs, cover and simmer until heated through, stirring often.

4Serve over noodles that have been tossed with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon minced parsley.
