Ingredients For meat roll

  • 1/2 to1 lb
    of the leanest ground beef you can find
  • 1 pkg
    of frozen white bread dough thawed in refrigerater
  • 1 tsp
    of crushed red pepper flakes or more depending on your taste
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mushrooms, canned drained opptional
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make meat roll

  • 1
    roll out bread dough about to 1 inch
  • 2
    spread hamburger onto bread dough
  • 3
    spread all the seasoning onto the meat
  • 4
    add mushrooms
  • 5
    roll up the bread dough and mixture cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces roll one side into parmesan cheese
  • 6
    place rolls in a bread pan with sides cheese side up and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes
