Ingredients For meat roll

1/2 to1 lbof the leanest ground beef you can find

1 pkgof frozen white bread dough thawed in refrigerater

1 tspof crushed red pepper flakes or more depending on your taste

1 tspgarlic powder
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
mushrooms, canned drained opptional

parmesan cheese
How To Make meat roll

1roll out bread dough about to 1 inch
-
2spread hamburger onto bread dough
-
3spread all the seasoning onto the meat
-
4add mushrooms
-
5roll up the bread dough and mixture cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces roll one side into parmesan cheese

6place rolls in a bread pan with sides cheese side up and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes
