Ingredients For meat rice and gravy

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 c
    cooked white rice

How To Make meat rice and gravy

    Brown the ground beef.
  • 2
    Stir in flour and onion soup mix. Cook for 1 min.

    Stir in broth. Let come to a boil to thicken. If too thick, slowly add water until the right consistance. Keep in my that sauce will thicken as it stands.

    Ladel over cooked white rice and enjoy. Can also be served over potatoes, bread, or brown rice. Be creative! :o)
