1 1/2 lb

ground beef
1 can

evaporated milk (small can)
3/4 c

oats
1/4 c

chopped onion
1/4 c

catsup
1 1/2 tsp

salt
1/4 tsp

pepper

How To Make maggi's meat loaf

All measurements are flexible. Oats may be rubbed to make them finer. With your fingers, mix ingredients together and form a loaf. Place in a loaf pan. Pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer.
