2/3 ccrakcer crumbs

1 1/2 lbground beef

2beaten eggs

1/4 cchopped onion

1 tspseasoning salt

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder
- PINQUANT SAUCE

1/4 cketchup
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/8 tspnutmeg
-
1 tspdry mustard
How To Make meat loaf with piquant sauce

1Add meat, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Place in greased loaf pan.

2Combine Pinquant Sauce ingredients together in bowl and spread evenly on top of meatloaf. Bake 350 for one hour.

3Remove from oven and let meatloaf set about 5 minutes before serving.
