Ingredients For meat loaf - italian style

1 lblean ground beef

6 ozitalian sausage, casings removed (hot or sweet - your preference)

1 can14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes

1 cbread crumbs

1/2 conion, chopped
-
1/4 cgreen bell pepper, chopped (or color of your choice)

1egg, beaten
-
can be topped with your favorite pasta sauce or any sauce of your choice
How To Make meat loaf - italian style

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

2Place meat into an 8x4.5 inch glass baking dish. If preferred, spoon your favorite pasta sauce over the top or a sauce of your choice. Can be baked just as is.

3Bake at 350 degrees F - 65 to 75 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
