Ingredients For meat loaf

2eggs, beaten

3/4 cmilk
-
2/3 cfine dry bread crumbs

1/4 cfinely choped onion
-
2 Tbspsnippid fresh parsley

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspdried leaf sage crushed

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 1/2 lblean ground beef
-
1/4 cketchup
-
2 Tbsppacked brown sugar

1 tspdry mustard
How To Make meat loaf

1In a medium bowl combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground meat; mix well. Lightly pat mixture into an 6x4 glass baking dish.

2Mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over the meat loaf covering all with brush.

3Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F.

4Remove from grease. Let cool for 10 min. on platter before slicing.
