Ingredients For meat loaf

1 1/2 lbground beef

1onion, minced
-
1bell pepper, minced

2/3 cmilk

1 citalian bread crumbs

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspmolasses
How To Make meat loaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, bell pepper, milk, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9" loaf pan OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish.

2In a separate small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and molasses. Mix well and pour over meat loaf.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
