Ingredients For meat balls

3 lbground beef
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
3 to 4 slicebread to yield appox. 1 cup bread crumbs

4eggs
-
chili powder and/or tabasco sauce to taste
- SAUCE

3 bottlehunt's hot ketchup

1 ozworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspmustard
-
1 tspvinegar
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspsugar

4 ozbeer
How To Make meat balls

1Mix first set of ingredients together well and form into soft fairly loose balls. Fry in Crisco on medium heat and drain on paper towels.

2Mix all the sauce ingredients together well and bring to a boil. Put meat balls in a big pan or crock pot. Sauce should cover the meatballs completely. Simmer until meatballs are done and serve while warm.
