My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

Ingredients For marninated beef shish kebabs

1-2 lbbeef chuck roast, cut into chunks

1/2 csoy sauce

1/4 cworchesteshire sauce

1/8 cmustard

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 clovegarlic, finely choped

assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby red potatoes (par boileed), zuccini, etc
How To Make marninated beef shish kebabs

1Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)

2Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
