Recipe for sauce and meatballs from my wonderful Italian chef boyfriend, Mark!

Ingredients For marky's delicious spaghetti and meatballs!
- FOR SAUCE:

2 clovegarlic
-
1 lgcan of tomato sauce

1 tsporegano
-
1 tspbasil
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1/2 cred wine
-
olive oil
- FOR MEATBALLS:
-
1 lb80/20 ground beef
-
1handful of seasoned breadcrumbs
-
2 Tbspketchup
-
1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1egg
-
1 dashworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
salt and pepper to taste
- FOR NOODLES:

noodles! :) angel hair or spaghetti
How To Make marky's delicious spaghetti and meatballs!

1Meatballs first: preheat oven to 350.

2in a bowl, mix beef with all other meatball ingredients.

3shape into balls, put on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 mins.

4While cooking, start your sauce. Saute garlic and dry spices in olive oil for 1 min. on medium heat.

5Add tomato sauce, cook med. heat for 10 mins.

6add wine, making sure to stir so all the wine is incorporated into the sauce. cook on med. low for at least 20 mins, ok to let it simmer on low for longer!

7add salt and pepper.

8follow directions on pasta box, make sure you time it with the sauce and meatballs!

9put cooked meatballs in the sauce, serve over noodles. Enjoy!
