marinated chuck steak

You grill this...marinate overnight or 8 hours I use my indoor grill...The marinade tenderizes the inexpensive chuck steak. I'm sure you could bake it too. If you do let me know how it turns out.

Ingredients For marinated chuck steak

  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 2 clove
    garlic..minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 lb
    boneless chuck steak

How To Make marinated chuck steak

  • 1
    In a large resealable plastic bag,combine 1st 7 ingredients. Add the beef;seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours.

    Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak,covered,over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or meat reaches desired doneness. Medium-rare-a meat thermometer should read 145 medium-160 well done-170 Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
