This is a very hands on recipe. It is important to mix with your hands for about 5 mins to get everything mixed properly.

Ingredients For mamas meatloaf

2lbsground chuck
-
1 boxprepared stuffing mix

2eggs
-
1 cantomatoe sauce
-
1small onion,chopped (optional)

1green bell pepper,chopped (optional)
How To Make mamas meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 Have a Loaf pan ready

2In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients (except tomatoe sauce) with hands. Making sure you have every thing mixed very well.

3If you don't want to use your hands use a potatoe masher, but the cosistency and texture of the loaf will be effected.

4Mix in half of the tomatoe sauce.

5Shape mixture into the loaf pan.

6Pour remaining sauce on the top.
