Ingredients For macaroni pizza

  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cooked macaroni
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    velveeta
  • COOK MACARONI, PLACE IN BAKING DISH 9X13, THEN COVER WITH MILK/EGG MIXED. THEN PLACE SLICES OF VELVEETA ON TOP TO COVER.
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    diced onions
  • 1/2 c
    diced green peppers
  • BROWN BEEF, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER. DRAIN GREASE AND RETURN TO PAN.
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 can
    tomato special (tomatoes w/onions and green peppers)
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 can
    mushroom pieces
  • SIMMER BEEF MIX WITH THE ABOVE INGRIEDIENTS--SIMMER 15 MINUTES. THEN POUR OVER MAC AND CHEESE. TOP WITH MOZZARELLA.
  • 4 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES. ALLOW TO SIT FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN CUT AND ENJOY. I MAKE A SALAD AND INCLUDE BREAD FOR A COMPLETE MEAL!!
