macaroni goulash

This not your usual goulash, but my grandkids ask for this all the time! It's easy and makes enough for leftovers which no one in my family gets tired of.

Ingredients For macaroni goulash

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 can
    cream of tomato soup
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian herb blend
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 lb
    macaroni, elbow
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter (optional)

How To Make macaroni goulash

  • 1
    Start Macaroni and cook until al dente.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef, onion, pepper, garlic, and seasonings together until beef is browned in 12" skillet. Drain.

    Put beef mixture back in 12" Skillet and add the soups and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes
  • 4
    Drain macaroni add butter and mix until butter is melted. Add meat mixture and serve.
