There are so many types of chili. My cousin who lives in San Francisco gave me this recipe and it is so easy to make and taste great to.

Ingredients For macaroni chili by eddie

2 lbground beef

3 Tbspolive or salad oil

1 -28 ozcan tomatoes
-
1 qttomato juice or v-8 juice

2 cchopped onions
-
3 clovegarlic minced
-
salt
-
2 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 tspground cumin seed
-
1/2 tsporegano leaves
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1bay leaf
-
1- 15 ozcan red kidney beans drained
-
1 csweet & sour pickles mixed
-
2 celbow macaroni
How To Make macaroni chili by eddie

1Brown beef in oil in dutch oven, stirring frequently.

2Add tomatoes, tomato juice, onions, garlic, 4 teaspoons salt and remaining seasonings.

3Simmer, covered for 1 hour stir in kidney beans and pickles. Cook for 30 minutes longer.

4Remove bay leaf. add 1 tablespoon salt to 3 quarts rapidly boiling water. Add macaroni gradually so water continues to boil.

5Cook uncovered stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain in colander.

6Combine macaroni with chili. Serve in bowls. Yields 10 Servings.
