I had to share this because it is the BEST thing I have ever grilled/smoked in my life. I would normally smoke meat or poultry the entire cooking time on the smoker. However, because I had already been outside for hours grilling, I couldn't take the heat any longer and took it off the smoker after about 1 1/2 hrs. Then finished it up in my elec. roaster in the house. This is a 7-bone roast that has an incredible mild mesquite flavor, is melt in your mouth tender, and is as juicy as a reservoir. It truly tastes like meat from a smokehouse.
