Ingredients For luncheon tostada salad

1 lbhamburger
-
1 pkglawry's taco seasoning mix
-
3/4 cwater
-
1/2 tsplawry's seasoned salt

1 can(14 oz) red kidney beans, drained

4tomatoes, diced
-
1ripe avocado diced
-
1 pkg(6 1/2 oz) fritos, reg size
-
1lettuce head, torn into small pieces
-
4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 conion, chopped
-
3/4 clawry's thousand island dressing
How To Make luncheon tostada salad

1Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add Taco mix, water, salt and beans. Cover and simmer for 10 Minutes.

2Reserve some of the tomatoes, avocado and fritos for use as a garnish. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; add the ground beef mixture and lightly toss all of the ingredients.

3Plate salad. Garnish with reserved tomato dice, avocado and fritos.

4Best if served immediately, OOOHHH SOOO GOOD!!!
