When my Grandchildren are around the one thing they request most are sloppy joe's. As a cancer survivor I don't like serving them from a can mixed in with ground beef, I prefer to make my own versions. This one never fails and is a complete hit with everyone.

2 lbground beef

1 smonion, chopped

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspsmoke paprika

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

8 oztomato sauce

1/4 canwater, use empty tomato sauce can to measure

2 Tbspketchup

1 Tbspyellow mustard

1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make loose meat sloppy joe's

1Brown the ground beef in a skillet over med. high heat. Drain the grease and add in the onion, cooking for 3-4 minutes.

2Add the seasonings and stir into the ground beef. Add the remaining items and stir well to combine. Reduce to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
