3/4 clight tasting olive oil

1/4 csoy sauce

1/4 choney

2 Tbspwhite vinegar

2 Tbspgreen onion chopped

How To Make london broil

1Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, green onions, garlic and ground ginger.

2Stir well to mix.

3Place steak in a resealable dish.

4Pour marinade over steak to marinate. Cover dish with lid.

5Let marinate 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Turn occasionally.

6Barbecue steak over hot coals, turning once until done to your preference.

7Baste with marinade.

8Cook for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

9Let steak sit for juices to redistribute. Then, carve into thin slices cutting at a diagonal from top to bottom.
