Ingredients For loaded baked cube steaks

  • 1 c
    dry idahoan loaded baked mashed potatoes
  • 4
    cube steaks
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • canola oil

How To Make loaded baked cube steaks

    Whisk eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl combine dry mashed potatoes, flour and spices.

    Individually place steaks in egg, gently pressing egg into meat. Remove from egg letting residual drip off. Place steak in potatoe mix and gently press into meat. Repeat method for the other 3 meats.

    Fry steaks in skillet on medium high heat in preheated canola oil. Use enough oil to cover the bottom of skillet. Fry each side for three to five minutes.
