Ingredients For loaded baked cube steaks

1 cdry idahoan loaded baked mashed potatoes

4cube steaks

4eggs
-
1 cflour
-
1/4 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspblack powder

1/2 tsppaprika

1 tspsalt

canola oil
How To Make loaded baked cube steaks

1Whisk eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl combine dry mashed potatoes, flour and spices.

2Individually place steaks in egg, gently pressing egg into meat. Remove from egg letting residual drip off. Place steak in potatoe mix and gently press into meat. Repeat method for the other 3 meats.

3Fry steaks in skillet on medium high heat in preheated canola oil. Use enough oil to cover the bottom of skillet. Fry each side for three to five minutes.
