Ingredients For liver and onion bake

6 slicebacon

1 lbbeef liver
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 - 10 ozbeef broth
-
1 cflour for dredging, more if needed

1- 2.8 ozfrench fried onions
How To Make liver and onion bake

1cut bacon into bite size pieces. fry until crisp. remove from pan to paper towel. cut liver into bite size pieces. dredge lightly in flour and lightly brown on each side in bacon grease.

2place 1/3 can of french onion fried onions into the bottom of a greased 2 quart baking dish. top with liver.

3thoroughly combine soup, broth and bacon pieces. add 1/3 cup french fried onions and pour over liver. cover and bake at 350 foe 30 minutes.

4top with remaining french fried onions and bake uncovered another 5 minutes.
