These little cheddar meatloaves are pure genius! Making individual loaves makes for easy serving and everyone can enjoy a personal mini meatloaf. Fresh onions add a nice flavor and there's just enough salt and bits of gooey cheese from shredded cheddar. On top is a sweet glaze to contrast the savory meatloaf. This is a quick and easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients For little cheddar meatloaves

1 lgegg

3/4 cmilk
-
1 lblean ground beef

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cquick-cooking oats
-
1/2 cchopped onions
-
1 tspsalt
-
2/3 cketchup
-
1/2 cbrown sugar or to taste

1 1/2 tspyellow mustard

Note that the glaze is quite sweet, so if you don't like things sweet cut back on the brown sugar in the glaze.

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix egg and milk in a bowl. Add beef, cheddar cheese, oats, onions, and salt.

2Form 8 small loaves on a baking sheet.

3Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

4Pour over each meatloaf.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
