This roast is so tender and is great served with mashed potatoes and biscuits. It has plenty of gravy. My family loves it.

Ingredients For lisa's sirloin roast

  • 3 lb
    boneless sirloin roast
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix (mixed with 1/2 cup hot water)
  • 2 can
    golden mushroom soup (must be golden)
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    onion sliced
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms (optional)

How To Make lisa's sirloin roast

  • 1
    Brown roast in heavy pot on stove with a little vegetable oil. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 5-6 hours on low-med heat until very tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes and biscuits.

    You can also cook this in a crock pot or slow cooker.
