Ingredients For lilly's baked meatballs

  • 1 1/4 lb
    lean ground meat
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes crushed
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 3 clove
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make lilly's baked meatballs

  • 1
    crush corn flakes in plastic bag,in large bowl,mix all ingredients together.Mix well with fork.

    Form meat mixture into 11/2inch balls.Bake meatballs until wellbrowned and cooked through about 30 minetes in 350* oven.Drop meatballs in hot spagetti sauce,serve immediately.MANGIA!!!
