My brother-in-law can throw almost anything together and practically make you lick your fingers when you get done. I always over do it when i visit him

Ingredients For leon's roast

1 lg7 bone roast
-
all purpose flour
-
1 lgsliced onions
-
1 lgbell pepper
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 lgjalepeno
-
grease
-
potatoes, cubed
-
carrots, chopped
-
3celery stalks chopped
How To Make leon's roast
-
1melt grease in large pan
-
2season meat and flour
-
3brown meat on all sides
-
4put browned roast in covered pan with 1 cup of water and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
-
5remove from oven
-
6add butter, salt and pepper,onions, bell peppers, jalepenos,celery, carrots and 1 cup of water
-
7recover and cook 1 hr at 350

8remove from oven drain juices into bowl
-
9add cream of mush n2 juices and mix well until lumps are gone
-
10add potatoes to meat and pour liquid mixture over meat and potatoes
-
11recover and cook until done
