Ingredients For leftover fajatia & sausage hash

  • leftover, cooked fajatia meat & beef sausage
  • onions, red bell & mushrooms, sliced (cooked on the grill with fajatia's or fresh in a skillet)
  • potatoes, cubed
  • grated cheese

How To Make leftover fajatia & sausage hash

  • 1
    (If using leftover cooked veggies, then add when potatoes are done). In skillet with small amount of olive oil, cook potatoes, when close to being done, add red bell, onion & mushrooms. Once potatoes are done, add thinly sliced fajatia & sliced sausage. Heat until meat is warmed. Top with favorite cheese.
