- STEAK

1 lblean hamburger meat

8crackers, crushed

1egg

1 smonion, minced

pinchsalt and pepper

1 tspseasoning salt
- BROWN GRAVY

1 cwater

1 pkgmccormick brown gravy mix
How To Make lee's sallisbury steak

1Mix all ingredients together. Make into about six hamburger patties. Cook on medium heat until well done. Drain grease.

2In a small saucepan mix one cup water and one package of McCormick brown gravy mix. Simmer until gravy is at desired consistency.

3Pour gravy over steaks and let simmer with meat for about 3-4 minutes. Serve.
