This seems to be everyone's choice for Lasagna. I get so many requests to serve it. I just served it to company last week and the gal wanted my recipe !!!

Ingredients For lasagna

2 lbground beef
-
1/2 lbitalian hot sausage

1onion, chopped
-
8 ozsliced mushrooms, more or less to your taste

1 tspeach, salt and pepper

1 tspgarlic salt

3 - 24 oz. jarpre made speghetti sauce, i use paul neumans sockaroni

2 lgeggs, beaten
-
32 ozricotta cheese
-
2 tspgarlic powder
-
2 1/2 tspparsley flakes, divided

2 tspitalian seasoning
-
2 - 16 ozmozzarella cheese
-
1 boxlasagna noodles
-
1 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make lasagna

1Preheat Oven to 350* Boil Noodles according to directions. In a deep skillet, brown Ground beef and Hot sausage together, Brown then drain. Return pan to the stove add mushrooms and onions. cook until tender. Add Spaghetti Sauce. Stir.

2in a large bowl combine Ricotta Cheese with the beaten Eggs. Add 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, and 2 teaspoons Parsley, Mix well.

3Spread a large spoonful of Meat Mixture into the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Layer 1/3 of the noodles on top of the Meat Mix. Spread 1/3 of the Ricotta Mixture Over the noodles. Spread 1/3 of the Mozzarella lightly over the Ricotta Mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan over the Ricotta. spread 1/3 of remaining Meat Mixture over the top

4Repeat twice as follows: Noodles, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Meat Sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella, Parmesan and remaining Parsley.

5Spray a sheet of foil with oil, cover the baking dish with the sprayed foil. Bake at 350* for 30 or 40 Minutes Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
