lasagna
I have been making lasagna for decades and in doing so discovered the easiest, fastest, and most family friendly way. This recipe makes great leftovers if there actually are any!

Convection Oven
Ingredients For lasagna

1 lbextra lean ground beef
-
9lasagna noodles, cooked
-
1 pkgcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 pkgmozzarella cheese shredded
-
2 jarclassico spaghetti sauce
-
1/2 cricotta cheese
-
italian seasoning to taste
How To Make lasagna

1Lightly oil oblong baking pan and preheat oven to 350

2In a large skillet break up ground beef and cook till brown
-
3Add both jars of spaghetti sauce to beef and stir until heated through. Stir in desired amount of Italian seasoning then remove pan from heat

4Place three lasagna noodles lengthwise in pan and cover with 1/3 sauce and meat mixture

5Too this first layer with 1/2 the cheddar cheese then cover with three more cooked lasagna noodles

6Top noodles with 1/3 of sauce mixture and drop ricotta cheese by small spoonfuls in 6 to 8 dollops

7Top with remaining three lasagna noodles, cover with remaining sauce and top with even layer of mozzarella cheese

8Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Remove from oven and allow to cool until it can be cut into squares.
