I love stroganoff and mac and cheese.. I was in moo for something cheesy and creamy, plus had to use up my sour cream beore t got to old...lol (Have to use everything when our on a budget):)

Ingredients For kraft mac and cheese creamy stroganoff

  • 2 box
    kraft mac and cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk

How To Make kraft mac and cheese creamy stroganoff

    Boil noodle and drain set aside.

    In a large skillet brown beef until no longer pink, rinsed and drain. Return to the skillet; stir in soup , milk, sour cream and mix from package. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Pour noodles and parmesan to mixture stir well and serve with parsley if desired.
