Ingredients For korean beef short ribs

3-4 lgbeef short ribs about 6 pieces

1 csoy sauce

1 lgpear peeled and grated

12 ozcan coke

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 mdshallots minced

8 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspgrated ginger

3/4 cdark brown sugar

1 Tbsproasted sesame oil

2 tspred pepper flakes

4green onions green parts only for garnish
How To Make korean beef short ribs

1Mix all the ingredients together except for ribs and green onions. Place the ribs in the mixture and marinate overnight.

2Place the ribs with the marinade in a large skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook about 1 hour until ribs are tender. Watch and make sure they don't cook dry adding some water if needed. Garnish with green onions
