If you like Mongolian beef this is a quick cheap easy fix for that flavor. When my cabnits are running low I tend to throw things together in attempts to mimic something . Kids said I nailed it . They love Mongolian but it takes awhile unlike this fast and easy ground beef version

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/3 csoy sauce

1onion sliced thiny

1 tspturmeric, ground

2-4dried thai red peppers. optional
How To Make korean beef (ground beef)

1Cook ground beef with garlic ginger and turmeric and onion

2Add brown sugar and soy sauce and red peppers cook down until liquid is absorbed and meat has a sheen.

3Serve with rice or lo mein
