If you like Mongolian beef this is a quick cheap easy fix for that flavor. When my cabnits are running low I tend to throw things together in attempts to mimic something . Kids said I nailed it . They love Mongolian but it takes awhile unlike this fast and easy ground beef version

Ingredients For korean beef (ground beef)

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 4 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1
    onion sliced thiny
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 2-4
    dried thai red peppers. optional

How To Make korean beef (ground beef)

    Cook ground beef with garlic ginger and turmeric and onion
  • 2
    Add brown sugar and soy sauce and red peppers cook down until liquid is absorbed and meat has a sheen.

    Serve with rice or lo mein
