Ingredients For keto curry sausages

  • 8
    beef sausages
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1/2
    white onion thinly sliced
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 c
    beef stock
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1/4 c
    cream

How To Make keto curry sausages

    In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the Sausages and poke them with a fork to avoid the sausages splitting. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes turning regularly. Once the Sausages are just cooked through, set aside to cool

    In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and, Crushed Garlic and Onions. Fry until until translucent and fragrant. Add the Curry Powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the Beef Stock and Tomato Paste stir to combine.

    Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauces thickens.

    Slice each Sausage into 4 equal pieces, return to the pan, stir through the Cream and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
