This is a recipe my Granny taught me years ago. She always had some ready to feed all of her grandkids that came over. It is now my daughter's favorite dish!

Ingredients For kentucky chop suey

2 lbground beef

2 ccooked white rice
-
1 mdonion
-
1 Tbspeach of garlic powder and onion powder

2 Tbspsoy sauce

black pepper to flavor
How To Make kentucky chop suey

1Brown ground beef and add onions while browning. Drain well and put back in skillet.

2Stir in garlic and onion powders, pepper, and soy sauce. Stir for about 20 seconds and let beef absorb juice a little.

3Add cooked rice at very last so that it will not soak up all soy and/or any grease that may remain. Serve piping hot with a side salad and some apple sauce. Yum!
