I very good friend of mine shared this recipe with me. My husband says it's the best meatloaf he has ever tried!

Ingredients For kelly's meatloaf

2 lbground beef, thawed

3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/8 cchopped onion
-
1 coatmeal, uncooked
-
1egg
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 canwhole peeled tomatoes
-
2 pinchsalt and pepper
- GLAZE
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/2 cketchup
How To Make kelly's meatloaf

1Combine ground beef, brown sugar, chopped onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

2Add oatmeal to firm, about 1 cup. Round mixture and place into baking dish.

3In a small bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar to make a glaze. Pour over top of "loaf". Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hr and 15 mins. Enjoy!

4NOTES: I have even omitted the tomatoes and it still turned out moist and yummy! You can use diced tomatoes if you prefer. I serve this dish with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
