This is an old family recipe .. Its sooo good that my kids request it all the time as does my husband. If you like Chinese food then you just might love this.. The great thing is that everyone can help.

Ingredients For kaubula with rice and broccoli

  • 2 bottle
    garlic teryiaki sauce
  • 1 bottle
    soy sauce
  • 4 lb
    beef or lamb(preferable) stew meat
  • 2
    bag of broccoli
  • 1 box
    minute rice

How To Make kaubula with rice and broccoli

    to make this easy use a deep dished skillet add the soy sauce and the 2 garlic teryiaki sauce turn on low heat,

    in another skillet add the meat place on high heat , brown meat on the outside yet still medium rare on the inside,do not add water as it will ruin the flavour

    using a metal pot with about 4-6 cups water bring your broccoli to a boil until soft and tender . Drain and place to the side . cover with lid to keep warm.

    making the rice is a bit tricky just follow the directions on the box or bag..Drain and place to side as well.

    ok now comes the fun part take the UNBURNED sauce and add the browned meat to it. Make sure the meat is fully covered ..still keeping the heat on low gradually turn it to medium. wait 5 min stirring the entire time. Turn off the heat completely . On a plate place the rice on the bottom , add veggies, and finally add the meat with sauce. ENJOY
