Ingredients For kat's meatloaf

2 lbground beef

1/2 conion, chopped

1/2 cbell pepper, chopped

1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1/2sleeve saltine crackers, crushed

2eggs

1/2 cketchup

1 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspchili sauce
- GLAZE FOR TOP

1 cketchup

1 tspdill pickle juice

1 1/2 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make kat's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the meat loaf, mix until combined. Do not over mix. Pour into baking dish, form into loaf, however thick you want it ( if you make it more thin you may want to decrease cooking time about 15-20 minutes)Cover with foil and bake 40-50 minutes.

3When meatloaf has been in oven for 35 minutes use a measuring cup to mix glaze up, microwave for 1 1/2 -2 minutes so sugar will dissolve. Take meatloaf out after 40 minutes, remove foil, add glaze to top, leave uncovered and cook another 10-15 minutes
