This meatball recipe from my Mom's cousin, Josephine, was a great hit! So much so that we now make 10 pans of them each year and sell them as a Sweet BBQ Meatball supper at our church.

Ingredients For josephine's meatballs
- MEATBALLS:

3 lblean ground beef

1 canevaporated milk
-
2 coatmeal, uncooked

1/2 conion, finely chopped

2 tsppepper

2 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
- SAUCE
-
2 cketchup
-
1 1/4 cbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 conion, finely chopped
How To Make josephine's meatballs

1Mix all the meatball ingredients together. Shape into 1" balls, put in greased 9x13 pan, 1 layer only. Mix sauce ingredients. Spoon over meatballs.

2Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees. Makes 36 meatballs.
