2 ccelery, chopped

1 conion, chopped

2 mdgreen peppers, chopped

1 cantomato paste 6 ounce

2 tspsalt

1/2 csliced and stuffed green olives

1/2-1 lbwide noodles, cooked

1 lbground beef, browned
-
1 cantomato soup
-
1 can8 ounce tomato sauce

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 lbmushrooms, sauteed or two cans

2 cgrated cheddar cheese

1Saute celery,onion, and green pepper in drippings or oil till tender. Remove from pan. Brown hamburger. Add tomato products,water and seasonings. Cook slowly for 30 minutes.

2Add olives, mushroom and noodles Turn into two 2 1/2 quart casserole dishes. Cover with cheese.

3Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
