Ingredients For jane's beef stroganoff

1 lbsirloin tip cut into small bite size pieces

3 bottleflour, or enough to flour beef tips

1/2 cchopped onions

1/2 cchopped celery
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 canwater
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1 to 3 Tbspbutter for browning
How To Make jane's beef stroganoff

1Cut beef into bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown in a large skillet with 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.

2After browing beef remove from skillet and set aside

3Put a little more butter in skillet and then place chopped onions and celery in it and about 10 minutes at very low heat.

4After onion and celery are tenderized, add mushroom soup, water, sour cream and wors. sauce.

5Simmer about 5 minutes and then add beef back to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste.

6Simmer all for at least 30 minutes and 3 to 4 hours for best results. Serve over rice or noodles.
